	Invoice Questions:
	1.	Why am I receiving an invoice? The NYSE invoice reflects charges for the receipt and use of market data. You are receiving an invoice because either you or someone employed by your company has subscribed to receive fee-liable market data from the NYSE. The name of the vendor providing the data appears on your invoice next to the street address.
	2.	Why do I receive an invoice from my vendor(s) and the NYSE? NYSE bills subscribers directly for receipt of most market data. The invoice from your market data vendor(s) may include administrative fees, delivery fees and charges for other services provided by your vendor, but should not include direct NYSE charges.
	3.	What is CTA data? CTA (Consolidated Tape Association) data represents real-time last sale prices, and best bids and offers from all US exchanges trading listed securities.
	4.	What is NYSE OpenBook? NYSE OpenBook data provides a real-time view of the Exchange's Limit Order book for all NYSE-traded securities. NYSE OpenBook lets traders see aggregated limit-order volume at every bid and offer price, thus responding to customer demand for more depth-of-market data and raising the NYSE market to an even greater level of transparency. 	Fees:
	5.	Professional Display Device Rate Schedule The monthly fee for devices/terminals (a.k.a. stand-alone terminals) that display CTA data is based on a 14-tier volume-discounted rate schedule. The calculation is performed by multiplying the number of terminals (entitled for real time data) by the appropriate tier rate for that quantity. See the NYSE Rate Schedule.
	6.	My invoice shows a charge for Indirect Access – Stock – LS (or BA). What does this mean? Indirect Access fees are the monthly charges for the receipt of a raw stream of CTA data. Many firms use this stream to redistribute data across their corporate network so employees have easy access to data. Other firms use this product for redistribution of data on the internet, wireless handheld devices or television. Contact your Network Administrator or submit a request to find your NYSE account manager.
	7.	Why do some line items appear on my invoice with my company's name? If your invoice shows charges with your company name listed as the provider, your firm has an enhanced data service. This service gives your company the technical ability to entitle its own employees to view market data (instead of a third party vendor having the technical ability.)

	Service Cancellations:
	8.	How do I cancel my service? Subscribers should direct requests to cancel services to the vendor providing the service. NYSE bills are based on electronic reporting from Vendors. The NYSE has developed this web site to facilitate communication between subscribers and vendors. If you submit a request to cancel your service via our web site, NYSE will forward your request on your behalf to the vendor(s) you indicate. We strongly urge subscribers that wish to cancel service to contact their vendor(s) directly.
	9.	I already cancelled my service with my vendor(s). Why am I still receiving an invoice? Market data vendors report electronically to the NYSE at least once a month. As soon as your vendor reports the disconnection of the service, your invoice will be adjusted. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the adjustment to appear on your invoice.

	End Users:
	10.	What individuals at my firm are using this service? Information such as the name(s) of the end user(s), machine serial number(s), terminal ID, etc. that access market data within your company is only available through the specific vendor(s) providing the data. The NYSE does not have this information. You may contact your vendor directly or use our web site to submit a claim, and we will forward it to them on your behalf.

	Name Changes:
	11.	What do I need to do if my company’s name has changed? Print, execute and fax (212-656-5922) the Professional Subscriber Agreement in the new company name. For faster service, submit a web request so we can track your issue and update your account quicker. The Agreement for Receipt of Consolidated Network A Data and NYSE Market Data can be found here.

	Payment Issues:
	12.	What is my Account Balance/ Did you receive my last payment? Please contact our Accounts Receivable department directly at accountsreceivable@nyse.com or at 212-656-5010 or submit an Account Balance or Payment Status inquiry via the website.
	13.	Can you send my bill to a Third Party or Soft Dollar for payment? Yes. Both the subscriber and third party must return to NYSE a fully executed Third Party Addendum. The Addendum can be found here. Upon receipt of the completed addendum by both parties, NYSE will update your billing information.
	14.	Can I cancel the Third Party/Soft Dollar payment relationship? Yes. Simply enter a request via the website.
	15.	My service was turned off due to nonpayment. Email responses should be sent to mdsdombilling@nyse.com for accounts located in the United States, and foreignbilling@nyse.com for non-U.S. accounts.
